10th anniversary – European Banking Authority

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of its activities, the European Banking Authority will organise a high-level conference to reflect together on the progress made over the last 10 years on EU banking and financial integration, as well as to look ahead at the challenges and opportunities that still await us.

Two panel discussions will take place during this half-day event. One will provide an assessment of the financial integration in the EU over the last 10 years in the context of the rebuilding of the financial regulatory framework globally. The second will look at the upcoming challenges for financial services to adapt to a changing and demanding environment while offering solutions and support to EU citizens.

This event will take place on Tuesday 26 October 2021 in a hybrid format to allow participants to attend it in central Paris or via videoconference, depending on the public health conditions in the autumn.
